From the moment I connected with Hailie the entire experience has been amazing. She is Incredibly responsive, which is such a gift as a busy mom of two. We needed extra help while my husband was out of town, and with two under two, she jumped right into the chaos and knew exactly where to fill in.

Everyday she took the girls to the park and kept them engaged and happy. My five month old even took multiple naps in the baby carrier with her. I truly think its because Hailie has such a calm, positive energy. Even during the evening "witching hour" when both girls get pretty fussy, she stayed patient, confident and knew exactly how to soothe my baby while also keeping my almost two year old entertained.
